CFO snapshot:

This CFO roles sits within the senior management team and reports directly to the CEO, offering strategic and operational finance support. Your established team will be key members in the evolution of the finance growth model & strive to achieve positive outcomes throughout the business, during this growth period.

Skills & experience may include:

• Be a professional financial leader, mentor & manager of the finance team
• Analyse economic results to provide strategic operational planning 
• Identify opportunities whilst monitoring cost control initiatives
• Maximise financial strengths through effective cash flow management
• Identify potential investment strategies
• Budgeting & Forecasting processes
• Advisory skills on long-term business and financial planning
• Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts

Key points of the position:

The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills and experience as an experienced Chief Financial Officer. Key skills will be aligned to commercial business finance, and extensive experience in driving business performance and adding valued outcomes.

The successful candidate will offer:

• Tertiary university qualifications, with an understanding of senior leadership
• Senior level financial management expertise, including company taxation, compliance, asset management, insurance, reporting and legal issues in a complex organisation with significant income, contract management and reporting requirements
• Be strategically finance minded, offering advice at the operational level
• Knowledgeable in capital / debt raising 
• Offer analytical skills & concise accuracy
• Superior problem-solving ability and the ability to negotiate successful outcomes in potentially challenging circumstances
• Strong organisational, negotiation and project management skills
• It may be possible for the successful candidate to work at the Head Office 4-5 days per/week, in a potential hybrid work format, if you are living close to metro areas.
