Skills & Experience: 

• Degree in Business / Accounting 
• Membership of a professional accounting body CPA / CA desirable
• Manage a client base
• Manage, mentor and train team members 
• Producing / overseeing the production of financial statements and statutory returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSF's 
• Contribute to meeting, onboarding, and managing new clients into the firm
• Ability to meet personal revenue and productivity budget
• Supervise team and review work 
• Experience in managing offshore team 
• Job scheduling and preparation of engagement Service Agreements prior to commencement of jobs
• Contribution as part of the overall production process leading to the Firm meeting its revenue targets
