We are looking for a Senior Level 3 Helpdesk Support Enginer with a strong customer service focus. You provide a broad range of support to customers in a results driven, customer first and professional company. We are looking for someone who has a can do attitude, is trustworthy and fun.
- Snr Level 3 Helpdesk Support Engineer
- Network infrastructure and troubleshooting
- Planning, deploying and maintaing systems
- Phone, remote and onsite support
- Problem identification, investigation and resolution for clients
The successful applicant will have skills in the following areas:
- Voice and Data solutions - 3CX, Zultys PABX preferred
- Sophos Firewall/UTMs configuration & maintenance
- Managed Services
- Security Systems (anti-virus, anti-spam & anti-malware)
- MS Security Best Practices
- Core MS Server knowledge
- System Centre
- ConnectWise Manage & Automate
- Office 365
- PowerShell scripting
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Flexible, self-motivated and pro-active attitude
- Eye for detail
- Time management skills
