This is a brilliant opportunity for a PA with confidence and drive. You will take a lead role in Event Management and will be supporting 2 very busy Sales and Marketing Directors. This position will suite a team player who takes pride in their work.
About the role:
- Supporting 2 very busy Marketing and Sales Directors
- Preparing all onboarding packs for Sales Director prior to client meetings as well as following up clients to ensure paperwork is returned on time
- Monitor Marketing Directors emails
- Marketing and Research Support
- Organising workshops - locking in venues and preparation of client information packs
- Assisting with the coordination of annual signature events
- Preparing marketing reports

- You have an energetic and positive approach to your work and love being part of a friendly team where everyone pitches in to assist at peak times
- Enjoy taking ownership of a variety of projects and events. You love multitasking and working quickly to achieve deadlines
- You enjoy working with systems and have experience writing reports
- You are not afraid of giving new things a go and really love a challenge!
