About the role:
- Coordination of all marketing activities
- Maintenance of client log ins on website
- Weekly scheduling of videos
- Supporting the marketing department as a whole
- Preparation and packing up for all marketing events
- Referral Program Coordination
- Registration for all workshops
- Weekly updates and reports to Marketing Director
A bit about you:
- You enjoy coordinating events
- Marketing experience across print and digital is essential
- You have worked on email campaigns and content writing for websites and social media
- You enjoy research including google scraping to locate potential clients and venues for events locally and regionally
- You are a great communicator who enjoys pitching in to help the team and clients when needed
- You are very organised and have strong admin and systems experience
- You love multitasking and working in a fun and busy team!
