Customer Service Administrator | Warehouse | Logistics -

  • Must have a fantastic telephone manner
  • Have the ability to communicate between multiple channels, ie: Warehouses, Distributors, and  Customers
  • 3 Plus years logistics administration/customer service skills
  • Be a conduit between our production teams and our Logistics Team
  • Take orders over the phone and upsell where possible, ie: fill up the trucks
  • Track orders for customers – from the order, to production, to getting on the truck to delivery at distributor/warehouse
  • Experience working on large IT systems such as AX /365 Dynamics (Microsoft) , SAP or Oracle and Outlook
