We have an exciting opportunity for an assistant accountant/graduate to join a well established trades company based at the Southern end of the Coast.
The role may also involve employment contracts and higher level admin work as required.
Basic weekly duties will include:
- MYOB Premier
- Payroll – weekly
- Creditor payments and audit of statements and invoices (entered by admin staff)
- Cash Flow preparation
- Audit of General Ledger and GST accounts
- Payroll Tax
- Q Leave
- Audit job costings as instructed
- Expenses and overhead reports
- Profit and loss reports
- Sales reports
- Cashflow forecasting
