Their business is currently undergoing a growth period and the opportunity for an experienced office manager has arisen. The role:

This role has been created to provide support for the CEO and facilitate the growth of the business from an operational and administrative perspective. You will be tasked with several opportunities to showcase your skills. The client is looking for someone who is organised, passionate about setting an example of great team culture and eager to hit the ground running. Some of the activities are as follows:

  • Lead Team culture: being a positive influence & operating with a smile and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Provide support to the CEO.
  • Office Management: daily responsibility for the smooth running for the office including supplies, organization & troubleshooting
  • Support the business from an administration perspective to ensure compliance & business efficiency. Applications for license renewals, insurance, updating procedures and all office filing
  • Operational management:  Oversee all client management from a deadline perspective, implementing existing systems & procedures
  • Provide support for property tenders.
  • Financial Admin using Xero & Budget Reporting

About you: 

  • Strong initiative
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is highly regarded but not required
  • Attention to detail
